Camping Food List for Vegetarian/Vegan Cooking

Container of Chopped Carrots & Celery in Sticks to eat and cook
2. Main/Sides for the Veggies
2-3 Containers of Firm/Extra Firm Tofu

ToFurkey Italian Sausage
Microwaveable Brown Rice (Costco)
Microwaveable brown rice and Quinoa (Costco)
Pre-made Black Beans and Pinto Beans
Frozen Black Bean Burgers
Frozen Breakfast non/meat Sausages
Flax Seed Vanilla Flavored Milk
Coconut Milk Creamer Hazelnut
Edamame Popped Chips (CostCo)
Hummus (Black Bean)
Here are the different Tin Foil Packs we Cooked:
Red Onion, Zucchini & Tofu. Cut into pieces. Spray the tinfoil with a non stick spray. Add chopped veggies and tons of spices. Fold up the packet and grill 30 min and be sure to turn the package.
This next one was my FAVORITE. It was the Italian ToFurky Sausage with Small Yellow Potatoes Quartered, Red Onion, Red Pepper, Olive Oil, Spices. Wrap in foil and cook.
